<div class="mceTemp">1 tsp lemon juice (not so important)</div>
<div class="mceTemp">1/2 tsp salt (skip if the butter is salted of variety)</div>
<div class="mceTemp">Few drops of Vanilla Essence (can skip this if you want cinnamom scent to overpower)</div>
<div class="mceTemp">2 Eggs</div>
<div class="mceTemp">1/2 cup milk</div>
<div class="mceTemp">1/2 cup oil</div>

<div class="mceTemp">Sieve together the flour, baking powder, ground cinnamom, salt.</div>
<div class="mceTemp">Beat eggs. To this add mashed bananas, vanilla, sugar, milk, lemon juice, butter, and oil.</div>
<div class="mceTemp">Fold in the sieved flour mixture into the egg mixture gently.</div>
<div class="mceTemp">Grease baking dish. Pour batter. Bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 mins or till the inserted knife comes out clean.</div>

<div class="mceTemp">It is a good idea to reduce the sugar as much as possible for ripe bananas bring in the much needed sweetness.</div>

<div class="mceTemp">Reduce the quantity of butter and oil. Though these are essential to ensure the texture and moistness, the cake is still tasty.</div>

<div class="mceTemp">Try folding the two mixures in form of &#8220;8&#8243; figure to ensure that more air is trapped inside while mixing. This gives a wonderful texture to the cake, cooks well inside and helps in keeping it fluffy.</div>
